What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and the job details you give us. If you call or email us we keep a record of that contact.
Why we use it
Only to quote for and carry out the work you asked about, to issue certificates and invoices, and — where a gas safety record applies — to remind you when it is due for renewal. We do not sell your details or pass them to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to completed gas work, including gas safety records, are kept for at least 6 years as required for safety and tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email info@platinumgassolutions.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
